What to include
- The URL of the article.
- The sentence, calculation, image, or link in question.
- A short explanation of the issue.
- A primary or reliable source when one is available.
How corrections are handled
Rate and mailing claims are rechecked against current USPS material. Fraud guidance is rechecked against USPIS or USPS OIG. Historical claims are compared with USPS, Smithsonian, or another identified institutional source. Material corrections are made in the article and the modified date is updated.
Limits
MaxPob cannot authenticate a physical stamp by email, provide an appraisal, guarantee mail acceptance, or resolve an order with a marketplace seller. Do not email passwords, payment-card information, tracking numbers, addresses, or other sensitive personal data.
